I have lived at The Trellis at Lee's Mill for the past 8 months. I really love the community. It is very quiet here at the cul-d-sac. Absolutly no problems with our neighbors. They are very nice. The renovations in the hallways are finished, and I think they look great. Some of the contractors did take a little long, but it did get finished. The people in the office have always been very nice and very professional when I have had to go in or call. The maintenance staff is also very quick to fix whatever I have called about. I moved from J. Clyde area, and let me tell you, the repairs were never done at that complex. Then they brought all new people into the office, and they were horrible. No customer service skills that I could see. Here, they do thier best to if not immediatly answer your question, they will find the answer. I have not had a single concern that I brought to the office staff that was not addressed immediatly. I would reccommend this property to anyone that is looking in this area. I have a middle school aged son and he is able to go outside and play football or ride his bike with plenty of other boys his age. I have had no worries about his or our safety here.
