omg! first off the management (after ------- left) is horrible, this one--------------- chick name unknown is always in my personal business and spying on me, she's one miserable --- chick who leaves her 2 year old at the pool by herself and let's her puke in the pool and doesnt care, and she needs to cover her nasty self up when she visits the pool, the maintance is cool, especially ----- (sp') he's quick and efficient and very pleasant, they refused to renew our lease even though we never missed a rent payment (we were RPP), they suck here and really can kiss my butt....dont live here b/c the sewage has bust 4 times since we moved in last year and i have a child...how sickening....i can always hear my neighbors havin sex...the people speed through the parking lots and almost hit my kid and they refuse to do nothing about it...the officer on location is odd and his anorexic wife w/ the black teeth acts like she runs the place.....and yet they do nothing about safety out here...honestly if u choose to live in this place....please dont bring any guests or have any type of cookout...the lights outside where we live have yet to be fixed for over a year now...so it's completely dark

Any intelligent person reading this would realize that this review was wrote out of retaliation. Obviously, this person feels they have done nothing wrong to deserve their lease not being renewed, when I'm sure management had their reasons. There are always two sides to every story.

What do you mean spied on? I have never had this problem and my neighbors are quiet. I think the staff here are great and so is the officer on location--nice guy. Never have had a problem with the outdoor lights or the sewage or having cookouts or people staying over.
