Turnberry Wells is a complex of 70's-era townhouses. They have had no updates since that time and all the appliances in the kitchen are quite old. My husband and I had to have almost everything in the apartment fixed at least once in the year we lived there, some things multiple times. The air conditioning didn't work properly, but each time we called to have maintence look at it, they said it was fine, although it would be 80 degrees upstairs with the A/C set on 60. The backyard electrical plug trips the circuit every 5 minutes, so we couldn't use our electric grill at all while living there. There are lots of cochroaches. They expect you to maintain your own tiny backyard, which is odd since most people living in an apartment don't have lawn equipment. There are kids running around with no supervision late into the night. This is not a good place to live, and I would never recommend it.

i lived there from 2002-2005 our townhome was always hot as hell upstairs too and when i called maint they also said the a/c was working properly the a/c unit was old and very loud i had water bugs in my home and had very loud neighbors i complained several times about them and nothing was done
