I am current renter and do enjoy living here. TownHouse and Patio area out back are of decent size compared to others. Maintenance crew is very helpful and always show in a timely manner. Maintenance crew alway explains what they are doing so you understand. office staff memebers are always kind and willing to help.

Couple of things I don't like about my townhome, The Floors creak alot, Windows and Kitchen are dated. Windows really need to be replaced.

Other than those few issues, great place to live, very quite and peaceful.
