Not a very good place to live at all. I had problems with my apartment the entire time I lived there. We had leaks in our apartments the whole 6 months. Every time they would come out to fix it, they would just dry it. I fans blew constantly running out electric billing over 100 dollars--- usually pay around 50. Our ac was broken. There wass mildew build up b/c of moisture problem.
