These apartments are awful. When we moved in there were stains on the carpet. Heck, the carpet doesn't even reach all the way to the walls! One of our cars were towed b/c we, paying residents, denied a parking permit. The walls are cracking. A water line busted in the wall. We had to stay at a hotel for the weekend b/c of the mess. When they were finally finished I had to scrub the bathroom b/c they did not clean up after themselves which has resulted in stains. Then it took them almost two weeks to come and pick up all the equipment and put down the carpet padding! There is hardly any insulation in the buildings so you hear everything from the other apartments. The office ladies are very rude. Avoid this place if possible. When out lease is up in Feb we are out the door!!!

i agree that the office manager is sometimes rude but the other one is usually nice. but youd be rude too if you had to deal with complaining residents all day long. but when your denied a parking permit, it is because THE CAR IS NOT IN YOUR NAME! Thats not the office's problem, its yours. we were warned that if we didnt have a permit, we'd be towed. theres plenty of visitor parking, usually close to your apartment. so thats on you.

My husband and I were satisfied with our one bedroom apartment here. Succinctly, cons include cramped kitchen, ceilings extremely permeable to noise, spots on the carpet, and a snotty office staff(The office manager really is a giant witch). Pros include a convenient location to the military base, shopping, etc, convenient parking, prompt attention to maintenance issues, and very understanding regional -not local- property managment. Most problems we had were resolved relatively quickly through reasonable and intelligent discussion with appropriate parties. Overall, I would say that we were usually satisfied with our apartment for the price we paid. In this area, one may find better options but worse choices are far more numerous.
