The noise is unbearable, at any give hour of the night every night someone will be partying in the parking lot, blowing their car horns or more recently shooting guns. One weekday morning we found a drunk passed out on top of our vehicle! People do not clean up after their pets, the dumpsters are always overflowing and there is trash all over the grounds. Uncontrolled screaming children crashing thier bikes, scooters and skateboards into parked cars!
