I've lived at the Warwick Village Apartments for about two years now. Overall the apartments are in good condition (new windows and cabinets) and they resealed the drive just last year (2005). The management is excellent and is pretty attentive to any needs that you may have. If you have more than one car, the other one will have to park in the overflow parking area, not a big deal but it may be a hassle depending on where the apartment is.

If your on the lower floor be prepared to hear everything your neigbor above you does (one of the big reasons I moved out), I could hear every step they took which drove me crazy. So if you do go make sure that you get the top apartment.

HELLO APARTMENT SEEKERS;; I LIVE HERE AT WARWICK VILLAGE NOW. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME LIVING OUT HERE AND IT'S GREAT LIVING HERE.THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO YOUR NEEDS. I LOVE THE AREA. QUIET,SAFE AND SECURE. THIS IS THE BEST APARTMENT LIVING IN THIS AREA. REALLY,THE BEST IN A LOT OF AREAS.
