I never had a problem until my last year. They have changed management four times while I was there. When I first moved in the landscape was acceptable. Now it is nothing to look at. The complex is dirty and trash is always piled up. I always came home in the dark, which is very unsafe. There was always someone smoking drugs outside there apt. neighbors very noisy and they do nothing about the compliants. There was a rat in my apt. they do not have enough maintanance to cover needs of the property. it took 2 months to get blinds repaired. and I left before they finished manitenace request from 3-4 months prior.
