I lived in a 3rd-floor, 2-bedroom unit for 2 years and found it a nice place to come home to. The apartment itself was in good shape; the double windows insulated pretty well against noise. We got some floor vibrations from the unit next door and very occasionally music from below but that was all. The balcony was spacious enough for a table, 4 chairs, and folding recliner. The management was courteous and prompt. Parking was almost never a problem. I liked being able to walk to Target and the mall (but didn't like the traffic in the weeks before Christmas). Otherwise I really enjoyed living there.
