Honestly i have never lived in an apartment for more than a year at a time i have always looked for the best price best location and i honestly believe i have found that here. I am one of 4 living in a 3 bedroom apartment with my boyfriend and two friends we are all recently out of school and watermans crossing has allowed us to live a little easier. the office knows us all by name from the day we signed our lease we have never had a problem with our neighbors. they did send us a notice once when we let our patio get a little messy but that was almost a relief that they were still upholding some standards to keep this place looking nice. i do wish we could have more than one assigned spot per apartment as one of my roommates and i work until 3 am every morning and finding visitors close to the apartment can be difficult. but i love the pool and gym facilities *hoping to get a new tv in the gym ;)* . but this is the first place i will have lived in for 2 years in a row in almost 7 years! so that is saying something
i even feel safe living in a first floor apartment that is saying something.
