If I was writing this a year ago I'd recommend without reservation. However, the change in management to Drucker and Falk has lowered the quality of customer service and more importantly the quality of maintenance. The actual apartments are nice, spacious, pretty quiet. The only neighbor I ever hear is the guy below me (I'm on the top floor). Parking isn't assigned and people have complained about vandalism and stealing, but it's a nice place...thieves know that just like we do, whatcha gonna do' Waverton Place is still one of the nicest places around, but the new management is so ridiculously unprofessional and unknowlegable that I'd kick it on down the street but if you can take the foolishness, the apartments are nice and so are most of the neighbors. As for me, I'm turning in my key.
