Not a great place to live for the money. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The apartment itself was pretty nice, the problem was the management and the grounds. We lived in a first floor corner apartment that backed up to the corner edge of the property. On the other was a abandoned field (which is now developed) and a trailer park. The neighbors in the trailer park were horrible. Constant yelling and cussing at all hours of the night, and the kids from the trailer park constantly were throwing rocks at the apartment complex windows, breaking our three times and our neighbors twice. I did not feel all that safe there, one night I heard a radio noise and look out my window to see two cops with flashlights and guns drawn searching the grounds. Never found out what, or who they were looking for, but a unsettling sight to say the least. If you are in the Military (as I was) DO NOT move in here. I knew I was going to be transferred within the year and when I went to re-sign the lease the manager told me not to worry because when you get transferred with the military, they let you out of your lease. That was a lie. When I got transferred, I gave them a copy of the letter I got and they said they are charging me $789 because I did not give at least a month notice. The problem is the military only gave me 28 days notice. I told them THE DAY I found out, but the manager was still going to charge me. It wasn't until my Commander wrote a letter to manager's boss threaten to put them on the no-move in list, preventing military members from living there, that they finally said I didn't owe anything. Also dumpster was always overflowing and trash was everywhere. Overall I would look elsewhere before living here.
