This place sucks. The maintenance men are CREEPY and you can't pass by without them staring and drooling. The community is too racially diverse in a bad way, including -------- who blare their music and stare at you as you walk by, the black people who shout at each other from their balconies while braiding their hair at all hours of the night and the white people that want to be just like all of them. The garbage is all over the place even on the ground around the mailboxes. The apartments themselves are a joke. I could probably punch my hand through the wall and have a cup of coffee with the neighbor. I think a herd of buffalo live upstairs and a person unable to remove their garbage from the front of our door lives across the hall. The people that used to live there would steal stuff off our back porch so I guess the garbage isn't such a bad thing. The appliances always break. We are about to be on our second fridge, that is if the work order i put in today gets noticed before our lease is up in NOVEMBER. The office staff is ignorant. My husband tried to pay rent but their machine wouldnt take the whole thing out at once and they accused his card of not working so they made him WALK to the gas station just to prove his card worked. They're morons. My husbands chain of command had to get involved a few times in order for us to remain living their due to the office staffs incompetence. Rent is WAY too high for what you get and they have the nerve to raise it to over a thousand dollars if we renew our lease. If they want their apartments to be worth that kind of money they better bulldoze the entire old section and make it look like the new section instead of government housing. The only good thing about living there is that it's conveniently located but so are a couple dozen other places that i'm sure are way better than this place. I'm just glad our lease is up in a month. Dont even consider this place. It sucks.
