We moved into our apartment in July this year. We were promised multiple feature that were suppose to be in the apartment. We asked if we could see the apartment we were to rent. They would not allow us to view our apartment prior to us signing the paper. We did not see our apartment until the day we moved in. They would not let us.
Now I know why. This place is a dump. The carpet is filthy. Your socks will be black by end of day. The doors are horrible. It looks like someone ripped off all the door knobs and put them back on with spackle. It was a very poor job fixing the door. They should have replaced them.
You can hear everyone. I feel sorry for the people below us because our floors creek all the time when you walk. You can't be quite.
On top of all this, we are force to live with Cockroaches??. They say they are baiting. What good does it do to just bait one apartment' You need to bomb the entire block of apartments not just the ones that have problems.
When we first moved in our Refrigerator did not work. Our dishwasher is used for storage because it does not work.
We replaced all the faucets because they were disgusting.

I could keep going but what good will that do.
I highly recommend finding another place to live. And from what I read the New Apartments they built are also a waste of time.
