You had better be sure you want to live here if you give them a deposit. Once they approve your application, your entire deposit becomes a "holding fee" and is nonrefundable. I never even signed a lease. I'm out $250, just because I decided to live somewhere else. First time I've ever been punished for having perfect credit. Besides, there are plenty of other MUCH nicer places to live. The price seemed too good to be true, and guess what, IT WAS!
