This place would not be that bad if they used the $50 fines they charge you for leaving stuff on your patio like a "broom" and put that towards more parking. If you have no friends and like getting shafted this place is great. If you have friends:
A) Only one visitor parking pass
B) That doesnt even matter because you still wont be able to find a spot
C) If you dare try to park somewhere where your not supposed to then the "stealth like" towing patrol will take your vehicle within minutes

The new apartments make the place look nice but it is like a hurricane of hell as soon as you move in!

I agree! They said you need to report a parking issue like " it is 2am there isn't any parking and I am parking somewhere in the middle of the road" to the towing company. So I call them at all times of nite to report stuff. Apparently they own the lot! The towed my brand new vehicle within hours of me bringing it home. They are like vultures!
