first of all, i had to delay my move in date by 2 weeks so they could "clean" then when i moved in the apartment was FILTHY! there was blood... BLOOD on the toilet seat! everything was dirty, the carpet was brand new but CHEAP and fell apart as you vaccuumed it... i am anticipating having to pay for new carpet... great...
the dishwasher didnt work... and after having it fixed 3-4 different times i just gave up... the air conditioning was aweful, never worked and cost me 200 in the summer months just trying to keep things under 80 degrees.
my second week in the apartment my wife got a visit from a sheriff looking for a fugitive who had the apartment prier to us.
management convniently "lost" 1 rent check and on another occasion charged me a late fee for missing rent because they lost my pet deposit and applied 300$ of my rent toward a NEW PET DEPOSIT! after supplying my credit car statement i convinced them to look again for my pet deposit receipt and what do you know! they conveniently found it! blood sucking ass holes...
i was charged 150$ fine for having a 5 gallon bucket on my patio... aparently a bucket on my 3rd floor patio facing another building was "unsightly" an put me in violation of my patio agreement...
all around this was one of the worst experiences of my life and i would give my left arm to see these people go out of business, i will NEVER rent from any establishment managed by Drucker and Faulk again.
when i go home... i want to feel home... comfortable, safe... dont you'
if so dont live here...
every time i turned the corner i jsut prayed that i didn't see another one of those stupid white peices of paper witha rubber band on my door knob...
do NOT move here, no matter the circumstance you WILL regret it.

I feel your pain. I left there April 2007 and never looked back. I now rent a house for $25 less than I was paying and I have privacy. I have no parking issues, I park in my drive way and the only then on my doorknob occassionly is a Chinese menu or a door ticket from Fedex to pick up a packet. Call Gregg Garrett and rent a home. It's way more cozier and the same prices of an apartment if not cheaper.
