I am trying to move out of my apartment at Waverton (breaking my lease)and if someone were to choose my apartment, I would not have to pay for the remaining months. If someone is interested in renting a 2nd story 2 bedroom, 2 bath with W/D in unit, you should call me at 757-215-8282. I will pay you to choose my apartment over another Waverton. I will pay you $300 if you move into my apartment by January 15th. Please call me or email me. Thanks.
