This complex looks great on the internet. The pics are nice, the area seems fine and the prices for military are reasonable. I went to do a walk through and it seemed kind of rushed like she had something else to do. I THOUGHT I was getting an okay deal by getting a 5% discount only to find out that this is a Section 8 apartment complex. I was kind of suspicious about this complex anyways since I went to look at the place in April, but was told I couldn't move in until July! WOW! Besides that, I paid my $99 deposit and never heard from the leasing office! After about 4 days, I called and asked why I hadn't heard from them yet, one of the office people said, "well there's a message here saying someone called and left you a message". Are you serious' She lied! On top of that, the parking is HORRIBLE! You only get one visitor's pass and they must find a space with no number. If you want anymore visitors, you must go to the leasing office to get a paper pass that's only good for one day! There is NO grace period for the rent! It MUST be paid on the first or there is a 10% penalty added on to your rent! They don't tell you all of this until AFTER you sign the lease! I'm headed to get my deposit back today! The office staff is fake and I suggest you KEEP LOOKING if you plan on moving here!

I'm not sure why I was told I couldn't move in until July. The office staff said there was no apartment available until July. They were pretty ridiculous! I was supposed to move into the older apartments... which complex were you living in? How long ago did you move out?

We broke our lease to get out of that place, we were fed up with the place. We had to pay through until July (end of our lease). They told us they would rent it early if they could and then refund us the remaining balance! I am in total shock and absolutely disgusted. There is a perfectly lovely apartment available BEFORE JULY, ours. We were in the older complex so I know there is at least one available. I am going to be making a phone call. I want to thank you for responding to my post, I really appreciate it. To others reading these posts this should tell you all you need to know about Waverton Place Impressions... STAY AWAY.

I agree parking is horribale and if you get to the office late and they are closed, You better be walking a great distance from you car which is parked somewhere else just to come visit someone, cause if you don't then you get towed away and have to pay at least $100
The repair people take FOREVER to respond! I called about broken glass in the grass outside my apartment hat was were a bunch of Other kids played all the time and got no response what so ever. after 3 days of calling it was still not picked up! (doubted I could've done this myself when I seen it but I had to see what tehy would do...) So after that I cleaned it myself called and complained that no one did anything!
For the pool.. Now i understand getting a pool pass cause there are alot of people who will try to sneek in. But to have to have the pass and to sign in when it's just you is stupid! You have to get completely out of the pool for 15 mins every hour (exapmle 5:45-6:00) Because the lifegaurd has to take a break.
