too many black people out side...makes a white girl not feel too safe when she comes home late at night and theyre hollering at her.
parking IS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN. i live in the back of the complex and have to park by the freaking leasing center almost all the time.

I live at Windsor crossing too...I'm a single female and I've never been scared living here and there are not a lot of people standing outside ever...I don't know what you are talking about.
I agree parking sucks though. I reserved a spot for ten bucks a month.
