My husband and I moved into these apartments about 4 months ago. Before signing the lease we were not given a tour of what our apartment would look like. After seeing our apartment all I could do was cry. The carpets were nasty! The bathroom is nasty. (try to invision a motel bathroom) The kitchen is nasty. The cupboards and coutertops are cracked and warped. When I filled out our inspection report there wasn't a single room that did not have something wrong with it.

The parking is a nightmare. You do have assigned parking, but you only get one spot. Even then people still park in your spot, and if it is after office hours you can't get the other person's car moved. Visitor parking is a joke. All it is, is parking on the curb.

The maintance is also a joke. I called the 24 hour emergency maintance during the summer when our A/C stopped working, and it took them 12 hours to call back, and 3 days to show up. (Which is ridiculous considering both the maintance people live here.) By the time they finally arrived it was not only 3 days later, but we had already bought fans to compensate for the heat. After they "fixed" it, the A/C broke 3 more times.

The walls are also paper thin and you can hear the people next to you do ANYTHING!

The only good thing about the apartment complex is that the management is somewhat understanding. But in my personal opinion that is only because they know what a crap hole you are living in! Needless to say we have been living here for almost 6 months and are already looking for a new apartment.
