We moved in sight unseen and what a mistake!
The paint was in bad shape. The carpet was old and dirty. The floors in the kitchen, entry way and bathrooms were old and marked up and the apartment wasn't even clean! We spent hours getting the mold out of the shower, cleaning cabinets and other things that should have been taken care of before the management rented the apartment. To say the least as soon as our lease is over we will be leaving.
