Okay, I have read all the other comments from other people. I have lived here for about 6 months with my wife. Just like everyone else we didn?t get to see the apartment that we were rented before we rented it. The apartment wasn?t that bad after we spent about 4 days off and on cleaning. Isn?t the office supposed to pay someone to do that' The two women who work in the office are nice but the guy that works there is a little worm. The older maintance staff are rude and do not do a good job. Like everyone else said the parking is horrible. I have had to wait in my car and honk my horn for the person parked in my spot that I pay for to come and move their car. Visitor parking is basically parking on the street and in this neighborhood I wouldn?t park a tank in here.



A lot of the residents have dogs. Which is fine. But a lot of them let them roam without a leash when they go out. And I have seen a dog attacked by two dogs, and a lady carring a little baby while walking her dog "attacked". Nothing has been done about this because the same dogs still roam. This wouldn?t be so bad if it was a small dog, but we are talking about huskies, dobermans, rots, etc, essentially all big dogs.



The apartments haven?t been renovated since 1985 but we do have nice new signs up so that the pizza delivery guy can find your apartment quicker.



The front doors don?t shut all the way, and the windows allow alot of cold air into the apartment. Our electric bill has run us about $120 a month, and that is with the thermostat set at 75.



You are allowed to paint your walls, which is good because the guys that they get to do it do a crap job.



The vents are stacked with dust and nothing is done on a routine schedule.



The walls are paperthin. Our neighbors to the left of us are seperated from us with a firewall and I can still hear their phone conversations, t.v., microwave, etc.



I seriously would not recommend this property to anyone. My wife and I are military and I am planning on notifying the housing office about this apartment complex (with pictures of everything wrong) and see if they can do something about it. I do not plan on doing this until we move out as I have said something to the office staff about the maintance people and then the maintance people got even ruder.



It is your decision whether or not to move here, but please listen to what everyone has wrote before and then make your mind up. And if you do decide to move here, ask to look at the actual apartment before you sign the lease. Tell them everything you want fixed and then before you sign the lease make sure it is fixed, because otherwise it isn?t going to get fixed!
