Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Before I left I cleaned my apartment and it was spotless. However the last day there I was greeted by a contractor who happend to have a key to my apartment while I was still in the process of removing my belongings. Needless to say I was a bit mad at this because now some guys I dont know have access to everything I own. I managed to get everything out and cleaned my apartment (shampoo'd carpets washed windows cleaned EVERYTHING) and even replaced some things that were broken or dirty (stove burners and some Door knobs and what not). Come to find out 3 months later Woodscape is charging me $235 for cleaning charges when for all i know the Contractors that had access to my apartment could have left the place a mess. NOT HAPPY.. they will hear from my lawyer.
