I am in the military and have never lived anywhere so crappy that was not a tent. First, most of the interior doors are louvered and all of mine are broken. Second, the washer and dryer are full size and stacked. I cannot open my washer more than 6 inches b/c it is blocked by the dryer. Makes wash time fun. Third, I have called about my garbage disposal many times and it has never been fixed. I never put food/oil down my sink and my sink is always clogged. Drano works for about one load of dishes. Fourth, there is no such thing as assigned parking anymore, so the family below is free to park all three cars by the apts, even if they never drive two of them. Fifth, hot water is a joke. My washer won't even produce warm water to wash with. And, if I want more than a 7 minute shower, forget it. I will say that I don't hear my neighbors often and that is a hazard of all apts. But the rest of the problems are ridiculous. I am already planning on moving as soon as the lease expires. I am very disappointed. I would also like to comment that those people who claim those who complain are "bad" tenants are ridiculous. I am a perfect tenant, quiet, bill paying, single female. Don't blame the problems on the victims.
