These apartments are a joke and definitely not worth the money they charge for rent. First of all, there is a crack around the side of my door and the bottom that allows a lot of air in and bugs. My electric bill runs about $120 a month and I live by myself. The windows were old and dirty and have black mold all around the sides and filled with cob webs on the outside. In the utility room, where the water heater is, there is black mold all over the floor and the vent was full of dirt and dust when I moved in. I have been trying to get maintainence out here since day 1 when I moved in, and I have yet to see them. The paint job that they do on these apartments is horrible. They paint over everything. And if all of that isn't bad enough, i have some little creature, maybe a squirrel or maybe something else, that is running around in my ceiling right over my bedroom. I'm left sitting up at night listening to this thing run around. Again, I called maintenance continuously and still no show. The office staff is very rude. When you move in, they are all very nice and caring, but as soon as you sign that lease their whole attitude changes and they just want the rent and could care a less about maintenance requests or anything else. I pay my rent on time every month, so I should be able to get things fixed and problems handled within a timely fashion, but that just has not happened at all. This place is just ridiculous.
