WOW - where to start.

How about the management never returning tenant calls or complaints - ever. How about the criminal element being everywhere - drug deals on the street corners, thugs on the streets every hour of the night with their ghetto blaster boom boxes at 100 decibels, no parking could be found in front of my apartment, management being deceitful to tenants about security deposit refunds and timely maintenance repairs, etc. Everything prior to my writing here is absolutely true in my opinion and experiences.

The killer' - How about painting the front door of the apartments in the middle of winter' Tenants had to leave their doors open in 32 degrees temperatures last year while the paint dried. Talk about brainless, idiotic, arrogant hubris'

There should be a law governing the deceitful management practices. I moved out recently and was surprised how management charged me nearly $1000 for repairs after I vacated. The reason' The carpet needed replacing. I demanded in my termination letter to be present during the final inspection. I was ignored. I demanded to see the receipts for the repairs. I was ignored.

Stay away - no, run away from Woodscape Apartments.
