First off the staff at these apartment are HORRIBLE!! The apt manager is a --- --- who will not get off her --- to do anything! The first week we moved in our apt got broken into!! And we were on the second story they actually put a latter up and broke in through the balcony!!! The office didnt even fix our door nor apologize!! 1 year later the door is still broken! Even after many complaints!!! The maintence woman is worse then the manager she just drives around in a golf cart all day but doesnt fix crap! My husbands brand new motorcycle was stolen in the middle of the day!! Oh and the office told us "how safe" there apts were when we moved in but after the break in we talked to the cop and he told us we needed to get out of here because these and the apts behind us were the worse in Newport News!!!!!!!!!! They constantly put signs on our door saying we were late paying when in fact we were not and I had the reciepts to prove it. When i confronted them no one would give me a straight answer and the manager would never return my phone calls. This apts carpets were dirty, we had to clean it before we could even move in it was AWFUL! The walls are paper thin so we constantly heard our neighbors, we couldnt even open our blinds because the apts behind us would be able to see everything we owned! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
