This place is HORRIBLE. Everyone that works at this apartment complex has no idea what customer service means nor do they care about anyone other than themselves. Woodscape is a selfish, irresponsible company. The ladies in the office are the stupidest people I have ever encountered in my entire life. They sit on their fat asses and ACT like they're doing something. The place is a hell hole. Maintenance are nasty creepy old men that dont know the difference between a wrench and a hammer, I don't even think they made it past pre-school. The model may appear nice. Don't be deceived. The apartment they give you will be falling apart. Doors wont shut, electric goes out in your apartment cause its so old and you have to flick switches on your breaker, the bathrooms are gross and ghetto, kicthen cabinets fall out because they were poorly put into place, the fan wobbles like its gonna take off in flight, theres no light switch in either bedroom that works (no light fixtures in the bedrooms, you will have to get a lamp), all appliances are loud, when you wash your dishes it sounds like elephants are stampeding through your kitchen, you can even hear it in your bedroom, the ac and heater is loud, it makes a boom sound when it turns off, floors creek like it was made in 1770, the carpet is so dirty and nasty, when your vacuum the first time after you move in white dust flies everywhere, your neighbors are unfriendly, loud, obnoxious, and let their kids run wild everywhere. Cops are always patroling through, I wonder why...drug deals' Prostitution' Meth Labs' Don't doubt it. Its disgusting here. They dont bill you right on things and when you confront them it takes months to hear from them and they just do not want to work. Its a low end community. I moved here to save money...what I gained in saving money I lost my MIND for. These people are horrible. I can't stress it enough. They want to screw you over, its like they get off on it.

well if you can't afford to live somewhere decent i suggest roommates. or suck it up, quit your whining and try to earn more money so you can get something better

Great review. I have experienced some of the same problems with the office staff. They are so nice and accomadating right up until you sign the lease. Then they are distant, rude and uncaring.

hey i do make money...but i like to save it instead of piss it down a drain like you do with your rent money, oh and buy the way i have bought a 4 bedroom house in FULL from my savings. thank you for your wonderful advice though...yeah right
