This place is the worse place Soldiers Could live in. I know a couple that were both soldiers, moved out due to mold found in there apartment. Later that month they accupied the same apartment with this young female enlisted in the united states army with her 1 year old child. When this Soldier found out about this and contacted the office they told her they didn't know anything about it. Then a few months later one of our neightbors got his back door kicked in and they took his flat screen TV and a few more things out his apartment. He went to the office and told them that what where they going to do about it. They told him it wasn't there problem. Now let me also inform you that this Soldier was paying the fee for the alarm but yet this d alarm didn't even alert anyone. He tried to talk to the manager Rosa and tried to get to an agrement but with her attitude he ended up telling them that he will sue. She responde with good luck. This people are the worse there is.... Please do not stay here. This people only care about taking your money. This apartments will be put on the black list so all the Soldier will know the truth.

I live at Woodscape and have for 3 years. I know who this man is this person is talking about. He is the bald headed miitary guy who walks around thinking he is something. I live cati-cornered to him and he is always bringing gheto people into his apartment. Ever since he has been living here is has done nothing but cause trouble. He seems to be the only one having problems. I would like to know whos wife he has been sleeping with to piss someone off so bad. Maybe he is the only one who is having problems cause he starts the stuff. As far as the ladies in the office, they have done nothing but try there hardest to make the people that live here happy and I can say I am, and I am happy to finally people that work in the office that make people follow rules.

What a shame. I am also a resident, things are much better here than they ever were and I am a military man myself.No need for fussing, Things are really no better anywhere else in Newport News. Things happen and can happen anywhere, I think the girls in the office are very respondant to our needs and all my issues are taken care of very quickly. Those that call names will not have a better experience anywhere else they live. I say Yes, live at Woodscape, I have had nothing but a quiet uneventful time since I've been here.

I been here for about six months and I also do not like it here. I know plently of people that don't like it here. When I first moved in I thought wow this is much better then where I was, but soon after a few months of living here I understood why everyone hated this place. If you Tlawson like it here so much then stay here... For all the rest of the military I have heard alot of talk in the JAG office because that is where I work! And the last incidents that has happen to military personel here has gone up to the MAN. You will see woodscape apartment soon on the black list. So MR. TLawson go ahead and think you are better off living here. Good Luck on that!! to all the rest of military personel Please consider the posted comments and make your decision from there. Thanks....

i know the people that moved out because of the mold..and yes the apt had tons of mold in the closet and by the door..they managers tried to say that it was cause their house wasnt clean which isnt true..
