This is the worst complex I have lived in ever. I don't know where to start. Recently I moved out of Woodscape . When I moved out my unit was clean. "I cleaned everything". Even my carpet was extremely clean because I did not wear shoes in the unit. During my walk through one of the office attendants informed me that there were no concerns regarding to my unit, and that I would be charged $65.00 to have the carpet professionally cleaned (agreement was apart of the lease). Just to mention, I paid a $425.00 dollar deposit. When I came to the office just a yesterday, the Property Manager informed me, that I would be getting $125.00 of my deposit back. "I was livid"; she said it like she doing me a favor. She explained to me that I had incurred $100.00 in cleaning fees, as well as other erroneous fees that were listed on the bill. Such as a $60.00 water bill that I had never received though the mail. I was so disgusted with Woodscape, that I informed the Property Manager of the following: "If Woodscape is that hard up for money, yall can have it". I almost walked out of the office without disputing my concerns. "Thank the Lord that I did not". As I mentioned before, my unit was totally clean when I left. I felt that this complex would give me problems with regards to my deposit, so I took pictures of the unit during my walkthrough. When I asked the Property Manager what cleaning had to be done in my unit, she had the nerve to showed me a picture of my lint tray from the dryer and she expressed to me that my oven was dirty and had to be cleaned. The Property Manager also told me that she had to contract a professional cleaning company to come in and clean my unit. I immediately responded by saying that is a lie. When I expressed to the property manager that I had picture's, she changed her attitude onset, as if she were sympatric toward my concerns. She then said the following. "I am going to take the $100.00 cleaning fee off". She said it with no disputes. Woodscape is completely unprofessional. I have described the erroneous fees that they have charged me, something to the extent of extortion. For anyone who is staying at Woodscape during the summer, and has a unit in close proximity of the trees and grass; Mo power to you, because your behind is going to get eaten up this summer . You might as well set aside some money for an economy pack of "OFF' and some straight up outdoor Mosquito Killer . Trust me, you are going to think you are no where less than the Amazon Rain Forest . Last year, due wet marsh land that "Hoodscape" (as a fellow Bolger put it) is built on, my son had mosquito bites all over his body. It was so bad that when we woke up in the morning time we had bite marks all over our body, even on our faces. I remember going to the rental office to complain about the mosquito s and I was asked, did I have bed bugs'. I felt like going completely Ape and then I thought, it just aint worth it (Celie). For anyone thinking about moving to DoDoscape , DON T DO IT!"O" and the parking is crap. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
