The master bedroom was MASSIVE with a nifty little sink and mirror in the bedroom itself. We had a townhouse, so we had a patio on the back to a very quiet backyard. Assigned spots are great, you get 2! One's a guest spot, though anyone can park in the guest spots. Never had a problem with any of my neighbors, except that when I was pregnant and needing more sleep, my neighbors liked to sit outside in some sort of white delivery or repair truck with loud bass music playing. But they were really nice about it and never had a problem after I mentioned it. When 9/11 hit, everyone was outside comforting each other. The dishwasher wasn't all that great, but it worked and was better than washing by hand. TONS of counter space and cupboard space. We never filled them all. Lots of military (which were were Navy). My A/C broke once (and it was the only maintenance call we had in 2 years) but they came out and fixed it the same day I called. Overall I really regret we moved from there.
