Personally I have always had my reservations about Abbitt managed properties. Most of their properties I would have to classify as ghetto, but I have always liked Youngs Mill. Everyone that I have ever met that has lived in Youngs Mill has liked it. And now, I am a current resident and like it as well. Youngs Mill rarely has a one bedroom townhouse available, but I was blessed enough to finally get in one. For a single individual, it is spacious and suits all of my needs. I truly could not ask for more. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and my neighbors are respectful and friendly. The office staff was helpful, and I have not had a maintenance issue yet. I was surprised that they are having a Christmas decoration contest where 1st place gets one month's free rent and 2nd place gets $350 off of next month's rent. I think with small perks such as these, along with the regular lack of available units, indicates that this property appreciates their tenants. I recommend this property to you.
