I have lived in my apartment a full year next month, and I have to say i am pretty statisfied. The staff is nice enough that before you move into your apartment you go in and look around the place and write down anything that needs to be fixed or re painted, which there were a few things like a crack on the wall, i could tell they tried to fix it, I even tried too this crack is weird but its in a wall in the bedroom so no one sees it really.
The bathrooms are nice, bedroom are good size, the whole apartment is a good size, 1050 ft for a 2bd garden is great!

Noise-- you will hear other showers running, which i dont mind, cuz i know they hear mine too and well atleast we are clean people, also you may hear neighbors if they are SCREAMING at each other...or if they have loud base.. ( they moved out after not being there very long) mangement was prompt to send out letters about noise levels when i wrote written complaints.

The a/c works good I did have problems being in an upstairs apartment but i took the advice of maintance and got a car thing to put in my living room window( you cant tell from the outside-- got blinds up) and it has helped greatly with being hot, Then i had a thing were my freon was low and i had a ice block in the ac lol, that was funny to find but they came and fixed it for me.

And THANK GOD for maintance emergancy cuz one time me and my husband were going to fly out of state and just as we were about to leave my hub locked the keys to the car inside the house with the house keys too and we had maybe an hr b4 our flight left!! We called ( it was like 4am at the time) emergancy maintance and they came within 15-20 min and made sure we were who lived in that apartment with records they keep and charged us 25 bucks just to unlock our door lol but o well we made our flight.

Parking- assigned thank god, with guest parking but must have a guest pass or else towed.

I dont know why they bother to even mention the tennis court its got over grown weeds and looks a mess but i dont go there anyway,

I didnt even know they had a pool until summer time when they issued out papers saying if we wanted to swim to come get passes from the office.I found it tucked away but it did look clean and nice, not huge but a good size.

Bugs- I have no idea if the bugs i have seen are roaches or water bugs but they are big but i have bought some bug spray and they seem to be staying away,
Spiders ( which i expected seeing as we have kinda a woods thing/ lots of trees) im from the country and know with trees come spiders lol, but as long as you knock down a web when you see one started and kill any or spray the area you see them in its not a problem.

The managment is great and are very good at sending out request of problems and such.


Right now they have been working on the road and outside the apartments with painting the trim. So thats good.

There was sad to say a rape but they put out a notice to everyone warning of it along with an identification of the rapist ( actually had a picture from police), and they had cops wathcing the apartment for about a week or two.
I still felt safe and still do here, sometimes ---- just happens ya know'

We are considering staying here for another year not sure if we want to upgrade to a townhome or a downstairs garden but no other apartments are seeming as nice and unexpensive as the ones here.
