I hate it here. I am trying to move now. The maintence people are EXTREMELY LAZY. They don't come to clean the foyers, when you have a maintence issue, they come when they decide to, There are gangs in the area (gunshots EXTREMELY close), Theft, Manager was racially biased (i would give an example but they say you are not supposed to), My family cannot wait for me to move, they are very worried.
OH YES! HOW CAN I FORGET...PARKING!! All i have to say is (without cursing) one of these days the towing people will get their just reward. by the way, they charge you $120 to get it out of towing. Management will only let you have one car per household...the other car has to be set out in the street, break-ins are extremely possible. Electrical system is horrid, some sockets and phone sockets don't work in the apartment. People don't care about where they live, trash on the grounds even dirty diapers!!...JUST DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!

Have you met the new staff? I am moving too! There is one girl who is left and I won' deal with the other two. The new assistant is obnoxious and needs some manners. Not quite sure why they changed the staff, at least they were polite. What happened to the guy who cleaned the hallways? Mine is DISGUSTING!!! I have called several times and no one has come to clean it. If they don't start cleaning it soon, I am going to clean it and take it out of my rent!

well admiral pointe is horrible... they are gangs that live there..i caught 2 lil kids having sex in the hall ways... the mangement is very racist.. u pay ya rent and cant play music.. my so called neighbors run a ----- house that gets popping after 11pm every night...there are mice and when u tell mangement they say its field mice..wtf...i live on the 2nd floor...whatever u do DONT MOVE THERE...
