I am currently renting here and I have found that my 3 years have been mostly problem free. I love my building and its very quiet. Occasionally youll here a door slam or baby cry but that's an apartment. I CANT STAND THE PARKING!! it is the worst I have ever seen. I can never have company because one friend got their car towed and the others don't want to park that far away. The maintenance people are fast since they hired more and i feel completely safe leaving my car doors unlocked. Maybe I live on the better side, i dont know. But I would refer anyone here if they can handle the parking!
