The noise level is extreme.

Mangement is by far the worst part of living here-unprofessional, verbally abusive.

Safety is always a concern. There is a homeless shelter 2 blocks away so there are homeless people walking around day and night.

If you are military, this property is being put on a black list to warn new families to this area to avoid renting here.

Parking is a nightmare. The building is located downtown so if you have ever tried to find parking downtown, think about doing that everyday if you have more than one vehicle. Our visitors have to fend for themselves as well.

There are plenty of other places to live that cost less and you don't have to deal with noise level, management, safety, and parking.

Safety?! Downtown Norfolk is the safest locale in Hampton Roads, bar none. Anon. is talking bollocks.

Anon is not speaking of all of downtown Norfolk, just this property. I agree with Anon, this building is not safe. Anon did an excellant job describing the problem with Management and parking.
