This place is a safe community, we loved it there when we lived there, it can get a little noisy because of the clubs, but it's nothing serious, it's cheap for the location, everything is down there, so you don't have to drive anymore, we left because we moved to California, but it's great for Norfolk, don't pay attention to the bad reviews, look for yourself and decide...
