they are well maintained older apartments. staff has always been kind to me and quick to repair things. it is by no means perfect but by far the best i've seen in the area. my neighbor are kind in passing but mostly military (as are we) and keep to themselves. no bugs which i was scared of seeing as my last place was crawling with them. i have found that about 5 minutes on the highway and you can get beautifully maintained places in better neighborhood's so we will soon be moving once again :)
