My experience with Apollo:
Major bug problems, mainly roaches- especially when another tenant moves out. Yikes!
Parking stinks- you only have one reserved parking space, and there's hardly any spare spots- on the weekends especially, if you have mroe than one car, DON'T leave in the car parked in the spare spot! Heck, we've come home to find someone parked in our reserved spot before... several times. It's very annoying.

Music is always being blared by inconsiderate neighbors, and the walls are very thin here. We could hear people talking in their apartment below us. There's a lot of younger college age kids that like to blare music in the parking lot in the wee hours of the night- and calling the cops does NOTHING to stop them. They are always drinking in the parking lot, too.

The apartment istelf had several maintenance problems- some which couldn't be fixed. Maintenance does fix things asap, though- that's one good thing.

Another unfortunate thing about the thin walls is that you can feel the wind in your apartment even with all the windows closed... the windows have no insulation at all. It's freezing all the tie in the winter, and really hot in the summer.

We've also had TWO SHOOTINGS since we've been here. I was afraid to walk around at night. My husband even found shell casings outside in the parking lot from a gun once.
