There are major bug issues here. The windows are worthless and causes major air leaks. There have been major problems with old water heaters bursting (happened to the unit above us and left a waterfall in my master bedroom). There is a major mold smell that comes from the a/c vents (in most of the units) that suggest a lot of untreated previous water damage. There are numerous signs of shoddy maintenance work in the ceilings and walls. The walls are very thin. The rent goes up yearly and no improvements are being made.
