Please don't come here, don't make the same mistake that I did. The owners are $$$ hungry and will post an unlawful detainer on your door in a heartbeat. You'd think that since they want their money on time, the repairs would be done on time NOT SO.

There is one "maintenance" man, and he only works 9-5. God forbid if something happens to your apartment in between these hours. Instead of completing repairs in a timely manner, he's gossiping with all of the neighbors and spreading your business in the streets.

The secretary is a joke, she spends all of her time calling the tow truck on your visitors vehicles. By the way there are only 15 visitor spaces for the 80 units out here and then one "assigned" space for your unit. Don't be suprised if you come home from a hard day's work and find someone's visitor in your parking space, and then since all of the visitor spaces are full, you have to ride around and around until you can get a space.

One day I was in the office behind someone paying their rent and the secretary was loud stating that the person "was late with their rent again."

My apartment, when I moved in had shabbily plastered holes, flimsy room doors made out of plywood and painted white. The walls are so flimsy I can hear my neighbor's entire conversation through the wall, and if the neighbors upstairs are having sex, it's like I'm live on a porno set.

There was a home invasion also, the door was kicked in by robbers.

There used to be an off duty officer who patrolled the area, but he wised up and moved out. Now there are numerous break ins on the lower level apartments in BROAD DAYLIGHT.

I had to move here due to my financial situation, if you can afford an extra hundred a month please move on. This place is G-H-E-T-T-O
