I agree with the other rating wholeheartedly!I lived at Arcadia from 2000-2005. The maintenence was lousy and the rent was always going up. You can hear vivid conversations and other activities through the wall daily!! The parking situation is outrageous; they regulate when your company can come and go. The office staff is unprofessional and situations are not resolved in a timely manner. I moved from one unit to another because my side of the complex was getting so rowdy---bad idea!! My new apartment is infested with rodents!! This has been an extremely horrible experience; avoid this place at all costs!!
