Rent is $650 and that is bullsh--! Carpets need to be cleaned, walls need painting. The apartment is infested with ants, and lo and behold the maintenance man was walking around spraying crevices with Hot Shot! No lie!. I have a registered sex offender living a couple door down in Apt 156. People park in your paarking space without even asking you. No visitor cars on the lot after 9pm. Rental office has a bulletproof glass in it that you have to slide things under to give to the secretary. Parking lot filled with potholes. Bad ass kids running around throwing rocks at your car. I hate this place..I hate this place...I hate it.
