For starters the manager is rude and snotty. The appearance of the units suck when I moved in I had to have thorough cleaning done since obviously they didn't and the carpet has never been changed with stains all over. They are in the Stone Age when it comes to appliances stove is rusted as well as fridge and the dryer takes more than an hour dry your clothes. It is noisy and the neighbors are extremely rude. The parking is a hassle not enough parking for all the units. If you are late on your rent everyone knows because they post a white letter on the door the 6th talk about no discretion. They will do anything to try and keep your deposit. Last but not least they rather you move than transfer you from a 1st floor to a 2nd floor b/c they are the most requested even if you ve been a good tenant in this crappy place. Overall I HATE THIS PLACE!!! Stay away or you will regret it
