Is it just me'

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I have physically gone to this apartment complex as well as called, because it seems like a nice place. However, they're never in their office. I've been there like 3 or 4 times and have yet to come face to face with them. Is it just me or has anybody else had trouble hunting them down'
