I've lived at Archer's Green for about a year now, and so far so good. We had a little bit of a rocky start, because our oven broke and we had to have it replaced, which took about a month. My husband and I live here together, and for two adults living together as a couple, it's not bad at all. we have a two bedroom apartment and use the second as an office....it really isn't big enough to use as a bedroom. There is a pool which is beautiful and wonderful to have in the complex in the summer.the only thing we sometimes find is that there are a lot of college kids who like to have loud parties once in awhile and some of the residents like to drive through with their stereos cranked up during the night. we have never had problems with our rent, and the manager does a very good job.they know us by name which makes it a friendlier atmosphere. the cupboards in the kitchen are pretty cheap, but they do the job. overall we liked this very much as a starter apartment.
