we moved into this apartment from crystal lake apartments which is also in norfolk. we downsized moving into archers green. it is not as bad as the people on here say. i am a stay at home mom. i love being surround by houses and in a quiet community. i love being able to go for walks and take my daughter to the park. parking is great for me. i always get my same spot. i love having an eat in kicthen especially with my daughter making messes. maintence is coming around. they have hired like 3 new people since we been here and that has been since september of 06. the staff is great. very friendly.
ok well dont get me wrong. there are things that i do not like. for example. why are the vents on the floor and in front of every window. plus the windows are not the best. sometimes mold grows on the window, but i just take a clorox wipe and clean it, but they are in the process of putting new windows in. that is my only real complaint. i cant really complain about the lack of closet space, because we kinda did that to ourselves when we moved from 1100sq ft to a 700 sq ft apartment. well i hope you can find this helpful.
