My girlfriend and I moved in to what we thought was a nice place.

We knew it was small but that was fine being just the two of us.

Well just a couple of days after we moved in we noticed cracks in the walls and I went to open the main bedroom window & the screen fell out.

It still hasnt been fixed & our lease is up in less than a month.

The living room window will not stay up.

I have to put a box under it just to get it to stay up.

Talk about GHETTO! I called and called and called the office for them to come and fix it and they told me 4 months ago that they were in the process of getting new windows throughout the entire property by the following week.

Well its been 4 months and my windows are still broke.

They did however come up and fix the cracks.

They put some pink filler over the white walls.

It stands out like a sore thumb.

The floor behind the toilet is soggy and looks like its about to collapse.

They said we would have to move out for a week to have them fix it, and still pay the full rent plus a week stay at a hotel.

Memorial Day weekend when it first got hot I got home from work to find it 90 degrees in the place.

I called the maintenence that is supposedly on call 24/7 to come and fix it and got no answer.

It was broke for 2 weeks.

I called the office repeatedly and complained and all they could say was they would send somebody out.

My girlfriend was 6 months pregnant at the time so it was really hot and dangerous for her.

Her car has been broken into twice and Ive had mine towed 3 times because they couldnt see my decal in the window but I park in the same spot about 95 percent of the time.

Thw water bill is supposed to be an average of all 4 units in the building but it gets higher and higher every month.

There are only us and another couple in the building at the time.

Ive heard about 1 of my neighbors getting mugged right in front of the complex so I have to wait for my pregnant girlfrind to get off work and meet her outside to make sure she makes it in safe.

The maintenence guys told me 1 day that the placewas built on a swamp.

They dont even reccomend living here.

I cant wait to get out of this dump!
